Shipping & Tracking

Order Processing: 
  • After you place your order, we aim to get it all packed up and ready to go within 2 to 4 business days. Please note, this doesn’t include weekends or holidays
Shipping:
  • Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. 
  • If you realized you've made an error after placing your order, no worries - just shoot us an email at shopthirtythreads@gmail.com as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to make any adjustments before we ship your order. Please keep in mind that we can’t change the address once the shipping label is created.
Tracking: 
  • As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send a tracking number to the email you used at checkout. You can easily track your package on the carrier's website using that number. Don’t forget to peek in your spam or junk mail just in case any updates got stuck there.
International Shipping: 
  • As we're just getting started, we're currently focusing on domestic orders and aren't offering international shipping at this time. However, we’re excited to explore that option in the future!
